Emphasis on interpretation based on experiences, mental structures & beliefs
Emphasis on conditioning ( classical & operant)
Each learner experiences difference learning processes
If a behavioral pattern is repeated it will become automatic
Is compared to putting together the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle.
Is associated with positive and negative reinforcement
